This Privacy Policy explains how FarmVates (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, join our pilot, or use our services in the United States.

  • Contact & Account Data: name, email, phone, and mailing address.
  • Farm Details: farm name, acres, location, and crops.
  • Submissions & Communications: comments, feedback, uploaded content, and correspondence.
  • Device & Usage Data: information automatically collected from your browser or device (e.g., IP address, pages viewed, time spent).

2) How We Use Information

  • Evaluate pilot eligibility and coordinate participation.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and technology.
  • Conduct research and development (including but not limited to robotics, UGVs, and AI foundation models).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.

3) Legal Bases (if applicable)

In jurisdictions such as the EEA/UK, we may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations as the basis for processing.
